Terms & Conditions of Country Inn Lake Resort

  • Securing a reservation with a credit/debit card or cash means you accept the Terms and Conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
  • Check in – 2 P.M.    Check out – 11 A.M.
  • Photo Id must be present. Cash and debit card payments require a $150.00 Cash Deposit
  • Additional guest over our capacity per unit are not allowed on property.
  • No refunds on early checkouts.
  • We are not responsible for any losses,accidents or injuries of any kind.

• The first night stay will be required for all reservations. Reservations made with in the cancellation time period will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• For all family reunions, groups more than 2 rooms for 3 nights, holidays and special events the first night stay plus reservation must be paid in full 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy :
• A $20. processing fee per room will be charged on all cancellations.
• 14 day cancellation notice on all  reservations.
• 30 day cancellation notice on all family reunions, groups more than 2 rooms for 3 nights, holidays and special event days.
No refunds on cancellations within the above stated time frames. We will try to re rent any cancelled rooms and refund a partial refund if possible.

Smoking Policy :
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking of any kind, in your room, will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave without refund. We have open balconies and pavilions where smoking is allowed.

No pet policy:

  We cater to families with children and people wanting rest and relaxation. We have a Quiet Time from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for our guest. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave without refund
